Chicagoland Kitchen Plumbing: What You Should Know
Parks’ Plumbing & Sewer takes care of faucets, sprayers, garbage disposals, and drains. We have a wide selection of faucets in different configurations for 1, 3, or 4 hole sinks. These faucets come with or without a sprayer/pull-out sprayer, or even with a soap dispenser.
We also carry a selection of garbage disposals by Insinkerator. They start at 1/2 hp and can grind almost any food without the noise of a traditional disposal.

The three big Signs your kitchen plumbing needs attention
Low Water Pressure
This is one of the most obvious signs of an issue with your plumbing. If the water volume or pressure begins to decline, and doesn’t show any signs of getting back to normal, call Parks’ Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. to get the kitchen plumbing services you deserve.
Bad Water Quality
Any foul odor or rust color in your water is a sign that the piping or faucet may be faulty and require some plumbing attention.
Bad water quality won’t always show up as a color or a smell. One of the earliest ways to tell your water quality has declined is whether or not the water coming from the faucet tastes like rotten eggs. This is commonly caused by hydrogen sulfide, a colorless gas that is naturally occurring. It is most common in private wells.
Drain Smell
If you’ve been noticing an odor around your drains, chances are that either the garbage disposal isn’t quite doing its job, the drain isn’t working like it should, or maybe a little bit of both.
